1. Products & Orders

  • All products (insulated mugs, ceramic cups) are described to the best of the Store’s ability. Minor variations in design or color may occur due to production processes.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and the Store sends an order confirmation email. The Store reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages or pricing errors.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • The Store ships to addresses within the US. Shipping times vary by location; estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping address: 3246 21st St, San Francisco, CA 94110, US. All orders are dispatched from this location unless stated otherwise.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the Store confirms receipt and inspection of returned products. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a Store error (e.g., wrong item, defect).

4. Payment

  • All payments must be made through the Store’s designated payment methods. The Store is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products or services. The Store’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
